We reserve the right to request additional information in regards to your order. We will email a notice requesting additional information to verify your identity. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including customs fees.
International Shipping Information
International orders are accepted from all countries, however we reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Most international orders will be shipped out via USPS within 1 business day from the time they are placed. There are certain circumstances that factor into orders being shipped out quickly.
- Many orders received from outside the US have a high rate of fradulent activity. We will email a notice requesting additional information to verify your identity. Until we receive these documents we will hold the package.
- An item on the order may be out of stock. We will send an email to notify you of missing items to see if you would like a different item, cancel the item or cancel the order. The package will not ship unless we receive your reply.
- The package may get delayed at customs. Shipment processing time through customs is different for every country, this is out of our hands and we can not hurry the process.
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for your order. Expedited shipping options are not available outside the US.
hawaii, Alaska, APO and International orders shipping price is subject to change after the order is placed. We call all customers with the new rate before we ship the order.
