Description
A good pivot fin gives your longboard a more controlled, traditional feel. Our Pivot Template is built for surfers who want solid hold, quick turning, and a fin that feels dependable when walking the nose. With a 6" base and 20 degree sweep, the more upright outline makes it easy to pivot off the tail while keeping the board stable through turns.
The wide base gives you plenty of hold while trimming and helps keep the tail locked in when you step forward. The upright shape also makes it easier to redirect the board through quick turns and cutbacks without feeling too stiff.
This is a great choice for traditional longboards, especially if you like smooth trim, quicker direction changes, and longer noserides. It works well on square tails, pintails, and everyday longboards in a wide range of conditions.
Built from durable fiberglass and made to fit standard single fin boxes, each fin includes stainless steel mounting hardware and is available in a variety of colors and artwork.

Fit Note:
Our fins are made to fit a little tight on purpose. This helps prevent unwanted movement in the fin box and usually means no shims are needed.
For easier installation, rub a small amount of surf wax along the base of the fin before sliding it into the fin box. This will help it go in more smoothly
